Envision models cover a wide range of environmental cleanup activities and technologies. The cost relationship between cleanup activities and technologies that are usually performed or used together, are captured in each model or “Cost Estimating Relationship” (CER). 

A CER is the lowest level of detail to estimate an cleanup activity or technology. The next level up is to combine CERs, which we call an Integrated CER or ICER. We’ve listed our ICERs and CERs below. We are releasing ICERs in bundles.
